About AI Made Human

Practical AI guidance for UK small businesses.

You may already have people using AI to draft emails, summarise documents or answer questions at work. The harder decisions are knowing what information they can share and whether the result is reliable enough to use.

AI Made Human explores those decisions in plain English, with practical steps you can try in your business.

Why I started it

I’m Barbara. I enjoy learning about technology and helping people feel more confident using it.

My working experience includes improving processes, checking data, writing clear instructions and helping colleagues adopt digital tools. I care about how things work in practice, particularly when unclear instructions leave people guessing.

That is what interests me about AI. A useful tool needs clear boundaries and someone who takes responsibility for the result.

Through AI Made Human, I share guidance, practical resources and lessons from my own learning and testing. I’ll distinguish what I have tried from what other sources report, and be clear where the evidence is uncertain.

What to expect

Plain-English explanations of AI at work, small experiments and checklists you can use with your team.

The aim is to help you decide whether a task is worth trying, what information to protect and what a person needs to check.
